How it works

From sign-up to your first published reply.

There is no implementation project here. You create a workspace, connect the accounts you already own, let the data import, and start approving drafts. Most of the elapsed time is Google finishing its sync.

1

Create your workspace

Sign up with email or continue with Google. A workspace is the container for one business or one client — its data, its members and its billing.

  • No credit card is required to create a workspace.
  • Invite as many team members as you need; seats are not charged.
  • Roles decide what each person can see and do from day one.
2

Connect your accounts

Authorise Google for Business Profile and reviews, and Meta for Facebook and Instagram. Consent is scoped to what the features need and can be revoked whenever you like.

  • Use the Google account that owns or manages your listings.
  • Tokens are stored encrypted and removed when you disconnect.
  • If an account has no Business Profile, everything else still works.
3

Sync and audit

Locations and review history import, and you can point the SEO engine at any site you manage to get a scored, prioritised list of fixes.

  • Accounts, locations and reviews import together.
  • The first audit gives you a baseline score to improve on.
  • Everything is scoped to the workspace you are working in.
4

Approve the drafts

Reply drafts, post drafts and ranked fixes queue up for review. You approve, edit or regenerate — and only then does anything publish.

  • Nothing reaches a public channel without human approval.
  • Every approval is recorded against the person who gave it.
  • Scheduled posts can be edited or cancelled before they send.

The rule that shapes everything

Nothing publishes without a person.

Every generated artefact in Cretorial — a review reply, a Google post, a social caption — is a draft until somebody with the right permission approves it. This is not a setting you can switch off, because the accountability for text that appears under your business name belongs to a person, not to a model.

  • Drafts are attached to the record they belong to and wait there.
  • Approval requires an explicit permission, separate from drafting.
  • The approval is written to the audit log with a name and a timestamp.
  • Scheduled posts can still be edited or cancelled before they send.

What you will be doing weekly

The rhythm once you are set up.

Clear the review queue

New reviews arrive scored with a draft attached. Most take a few seconds to approve; the ones that matter get edited properly.

Fill the posting calendar

Draft a week of posts in one sitting, schedule them across Facebook, Instagram and Google, then leave the scheduler to send them.

Work the SEO queue

Take the top issues from the latest audit, fix them, re-run the audit and watch the score move.

Check the numbers

Rating, response rate, publishing activity and audit scores in one dashboard rather than four browser tabs.

Keep access tidy

Add new team members with the role that fits, and remove access the day someone leaves.

Export the record

Pull a filtered CSV of activity for a client pack, a board paper or a compliance request.

What you need before you start

The short prerequisites list.

A Google account

Ideally the one that owns or manages your Business Profiles. Any Google account works for sign-in; GBP features activate when profiles are visible to it.

Meta access (optional)

Admin rights on the Facebook Page and any linked Instagram account you want to publish to.

A website URL (optional)

Any site you are responsible for, so the SEO engine has somewhere to start crawling.

Ten minutes

That is genuinely the setup cost. The rest is the sync running in the background.

Ten minutes is the whole setup.

Create a workspace, connect Google and let the first sync run while you get a coffee.
