SEO.Cretorial AI helps businesses manage Google Business Profile locations, customer reviews, local SEO audits, social content, analytics and billing. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, company, role and session details.
• Google Business Profile data such as accounts, locations, reviews, review replies and local post metadata after you connect Google OAuth.
• Social account and post data when Facebook or Instagram channels are connected or manually added.
• Business profile, SEO audit, billing and activity-log data needed to operate the dashboard.

How We Use Data

We use data to show connected locations, import and reply to reviews, run SEO checks, schedule posts, generate draft content, display analytics and maintain billing records. OAuth tokens are used only to perform actions requested by authorized users.

Security

OAuth tokens and provider credentials are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed. Access is protected by role-based permissions, CSRF protection for web forms, bearer-token protection for APIs and an activity audit log.

Third-Party Services

When you connect Google, Meta or an AI provider, requested data is exchanged with those providers only to deliver the selected feature, such as syncing reviews, publishing replies, scheduling posts or generating draft copy.

User Control

You may disconnect providers in the dashboard or revoke app access from the provider account. You may request deletion of company data and stored provider tokens by contacting support. See Data Deletion Instructions.

Google User Data

Google user data is used only to provide the features selected by the user, including sign-in, Google Business Profile account sync, location sync, review workflows and authorized publishing actions. We do not sell Google user data.
