Data Deletion Instructions

Users may request deletion of their SEO.Cretorial AI account data, company workspace data and connected provider tokens. These instructions explain how to disconnect access and request deletion.
Disconnect Google or Other Providers
- Sign in to SEO.Cretorial AI.
- Open the connected provider module, such as Google Business or Social.
- Use Disconnect to revoke the app connection inside the dashboard when available.
- You can also revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Request Account or Workspace Deletion
Email support@cretorial.com from the email address used for your Cretorial account. Include the workspace/company name and whether you want to delete only connected provider data or the full workspace.
What We Delete
- Stored OAuth tokens and provider credentials for disconnected accounts.
- Synced Google Business Profile accounts, locations, reviews and related metadata, when requested.
- Social account records, draft posts, audit records, SEO reports and workspace data, when requested and legally permitted.
Retention
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. Some records may be retained if required for security, abuse prevention, billing, legal compliance, audit logs or dispute handling.
