One inbox, every location
Reviews from all connected Google Business Profile locations land in a single queue with the location, rating, author and date attached.
Review AI
Unanswered reviews are the cheapest reputation problem to fix and the easiest one to ignore. Cretorial collects reviews into one queue, works out what each is really about, and writes a reply you can approve in a few seconds.
The problem
Almost nobody decides to stop replying to reviews. It stops because the work is spread across logins, because nobody owns it, and because writing the fortieth polite response of the week is genuinely tiring. The gap shows up first on the reviews that matter most: the angry ones nobody wants to answer.
What it does
Reviews from all connected Google Business Profile locations land in a single queue with the location, rating, author and date attached.
Each review is scored positive, neutral or negative and tagged with the topics it actually raises, so you can see whether complaints cluster around service, cleanliness or wait times.
The draft is generated from the specific review text and the rating, addressing what the customer wrote rather than dropping in a generic thank-you.
Every draft is editable, and you can regenerate a different version if the tone is not right. Nothing publishes without someone pressing approve.
Approved replies post back to the Google review through the connected profile, and can be deleted again from the same screen if you need to retract one.
Handled reviews archive out of the queue and can be reopened later, so the inbox reflects outstanding work rather than everything ever received.
The workflow
Connected locations import their review history and keep pulling new reviews on each sync.
Rating and language are analysed for sentiment and recurring topics before it reaches you.
A reply is written against that specific review and attached to it, ready to read.
Approve as-is, edit the wording, or regenerate. The published reply goes back to Google.
A one-star review with a calm, specific reply reads very differently to a one-star review with silence underneath it. Cretorial flags low ratings so they surface at the top of the queue instead of being buried by the easy five-star ones, and the draft it prepares acknowledges the specific complaint rather than deflecting it.
When a duty manager, a marketing assistant and an owner all reply to reviews, the brand voice drifts. Generating the first draft from one system gives every reply the same starting point, and role permissions decide who is allowed to publish rather than everyone having the Google password.
