An audit log is a governance feature, not a debugging one
When a reply is published to a public listing, someone is accountable for it. The log records who approved what, when, and from where, which matters the day a client asks why a reply was posted or a team member disputes a change. Secrets are redacted before anything is written, so tokens and passwords never reach the record.
