2. Description of Service
Cretorial Local SEO provides a dashboard to connect and manage Google Business Profile locations, analyze customer reviews, suggest response recommendations using AI, and schedule posts. Connection is achieved securely through Google OAuth.
3. Google Business Profile Integration
Our integration relies on Google APIs to manage GMB locations. You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and policies. You remain solely responsible for any content published, reviews answered, or actions taken using the console.
4. User Account and Data Security
We secure access using encrypted session tokens. You must secure your Google Account. We store tokens securely but are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from issues beyond our control.
5. Limitations of Liability
Cretorial Local SEO is provided "as is" without warranties. In no event shall Cretorial be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
